git protocol https not supported in libcurl 에러

window git 에서  

git clone 실행시

git protocol https not supported in libcur 에러 발생

ssh 키 받는 방식으로는 이미 해결됐지만 https 형식으로 접근 불가 상황

해결책

libcurl 버전이  맞지 않아 발생 or 중복 되어서 에러 발생

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\libcurl.dll  삭제

하루 반나절의 삽질이 이렇게 해결..
